1. Introduction

Welcome to Zingato, your trusted platform for quick delivery of food and essentials. By using our app, website, or services, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Definitions

• App / Platform: Zingato mobile application and website.

• User: A customer placing orders on Zingato.

• Vendor / Partner: Registered businesses providing goods/services via Zingato.

• Delivery Partner: Individuals delivering orders to users.

3. Service Areas

Currently, Zingato serves the following cities:

• Patna

• Siwan

• Gopalganj

• Bhagalpur

4. User Responsibilities

• Provide valid and complete delivery details.

• Be available during delivery window.

• Avoid misuse of COD, offers, or app features.

• Misuse may lead to temporary or permanent account suspension.

5. Vendor Responsibilities

• Maintain product quality, hygiene, and stock accuracy.

• Prepare and dispatch orders on time.

• Comply with food safety and legal norms.

6. Delivery Policy

• Delivery timelines are estimates; actual time may vary.

• If a customer is unavailable or unreachable, reattempt charges may apply.

• Zingato is not liable for delays caused by unforeseen events (traffic, weather, etc.).

7. Subscription Plans (for Vendors)

• 7-Day Free Trial available for new vendors.

• Includes item listing, dashboard access, and customer support.

8. Payments & Refunds

• Acceptable methods: UPI, cards, wallets, or COD.

• Refunds allowed for:

  • Non-delivered orders

  • Vendor-side cancellations

  • Failed transactions

• Refunds are processed within 2–7 business days.

9. Cancellation Policy

• Full refund for cancellations before dispatch.

• Orders cannot be canceled once dispatched.

• Zingato reserves the right to cancel suspicious or fraudulent orders.

10. Intellectual Property

All app content, logos, designs, and features are the exclusive property of Zingato and Badabajar IT Solution. Unauthorized usage is strictly prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

Zingato is not responsible for:

• Food/item quality (vendor holds responsibility)

• Delays due to force majeure

• Health issues caused by vendor products

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate any account for:

• Violation of these terms

• Misuse of the platform

• Legal or regulatory orders

14. Governing Law

All disputes shall be governed by Indian Law and fall under the jurisdiction of the Patna, Bihar courts.
