🔁 Zingato Refund Policy

At Zingato, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to ensure that every order is delivered correctly, on time, and in the best condition. However, if something goes wrong, we’re here to help.

🧾 Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued in the following situations:

  • Order not delivered: If your order was accepted but not delivered.

  • Wrong items received: If you receive food/items that are completely different from what was ordered.

  • Spoiled or unsafe items: If the delivered food is spoiled, stale, or unsafe to consume.

  • Order canceled by restaurant: If the restaurant cancels the order and you have already paid.

  • Double payment charged: If you were mistakenly charged twice for the same order.

💳 Refund Process

  • You must raise a refund request within 2 hours of the delivery time by contacting our support team on WhatsApp at +91 7979767667 or email us at support@zingato.in.

  • Our team will verify the issue and process your refund if eligible.

  • Refunds, once approved, are processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method (UPI, card, wallet, etc.).

🚫 No Refund Conditions

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • If you change your mind after placing the order and the restaurant has already started preparing it.

  • If the delivery is delayed due to external reasons like traffic, weather, or roadblocks.

  • If you provide the wrong address or contact details and the delivery fails.

  • For taste or quantity issues unless there's clear evidence of a mistake or damage.

 

ℹ️ Additional Information

 

  • Zingato reserves the right to approve or deny refund claims based on our investigation and the restaurant’s response.

  • If the issue lies with the restaurant (e.g. wrong packaging), Zingato will coordinate with them to ensure a fair resolution.

  • In some cases, refunds may be given as Zingato credits instead of cash refunds.
